  Place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all organic cotton tags and labels are still securely attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
